Purchase Options

You can complete your order using:

All payments are processed securely. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment within our standard processing time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During sales or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information when the order ships.

Cancellations

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. For this reason, cancellations are accepted only within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, we may not be able to cancel because the order could already be in fulfillment.

To request a cancellation within the allowed window, email us immediately at and include your order number with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate requests that arrive before fulfillment begins.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If a product is marked pre-order or backorder, payment is charged at checkout to reserve the item. Estimated shipping dates appear on the product page and may vary. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed.
