We want you to love your purchase from She Stands Out Co. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please email oduro.jecile@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Return Shipping Fee:
A $12.99 flat-rate return shipping charge applies to all approved returns. This fee must be paid when your return request is initiated.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at oduro.jecile@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Custom or special order items
If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies, please reach out before placing your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at oduro.jecile@gmail.com.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
